Ultrasonic Barcode Transmitter

The hx19 battery barcode transmitter; emits a user-selected bar code. Barcode emission occurs either periodically or on detection of a bar-code reader, as configured by the user. Barcode and configuration can be entered into the hx19tbc using a radio frequency channel or directly through a micro USB.

 

HX19TBC can be purchased with or without ultrasonic barcode, or as only radio frequency barcode.

Low cost ultrasonic RF barcode system

The ultrasonic barcode system shown below, allows the user to enter his own barcode into the permanent flash memory of T1. Hexamite offers devices using RF barcode, Ultrasonic barcode or both. The device can be configured permanently to emit barcode upon detection of RF stimuli, emit periodically or both. The system can operate using wires, on the Ethernet, through private network or wireless network. All devices are low power and can operate from batteries for years.

The advantage of ultrasonic RF combination is the ability to contain and better localize the barcode signal. Often RF barcode will suffice, but in case an automobile is driven from a group into a shipping container, it is easier for the container to log which item was loaded. See the example below.
